The International Fund for Horses, fed up with inaction to stop the inhumane onslaught of the Bureau of Land Management against the wild horse herd of the western United States, launched a campaign to impeach Ken Salazar, Secretary of the Interior.
The group additionally is going after Bob Abby of the BLM. They intend to hold both men criminally libel for their treatment of these horses.
