Since July 20th, the BLM has been chasing wild horses and their fledgling foals through the heat of rocky deserts to waiting trapsites where they will forever lose their freedom.  The agency doesn't think that the 1.68 million acres of the Triple B Complex--some 30 miles northwest of Ely, Nevada--can contain the 2200 horses who roam there, and it's determined to sweep them away to make room for hordes of ranchers' cattle.
