Our friends at Animals' Angels have just released reports for three new investigations. For those who don't know Charlie Carter, he is notorious for his handling of horses. He has often been caught running defective trucks and trailers.

Please notice that in the investigation of Charlie Carter a new FOIA declares that Carter owes $230,000.00 in fines for violating the Equines To Slaughter. Now this means that he is worse than Leroy Baker.
