As Mayor from 2003-2007, Paula Bacon helped shut Dallas Crown, ending decades of extreme environmental violations by the horse slaughterhouse, which is owned by the Belgian meat packer, Chevideco.“They said they were good corporate citizens,” Bacon states in a recent interview.
