BLM Outlines Plans for “Emergency” Roundups; Rancher Board Member Pushes Hysterectomies for Mares
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) held a meeting of its Wild Horse
and Burro Advisory Board on April 23-24, 2012 in Reno, Nevada. It was
the first meeting this year for the Advisory Board, which according to
BLM’s website “meets regularly to discuss issues and advise the BLM.”
Last year, the Advisory Board met just twice.
