Cloud Foundation introduces Herd Watch to help preserve wild horses and burros

In 1971 there were 339 wild herds protected by the Wild horse and Burro Act, but the Bureau of Land Management and Forest Service have since zeroed out 159 herds including 12 herds in Nevada. In order to accurately inform and educate the public, the Cloud Foundation has organized a new program entitled Herd Watch.
