Tucson, AZ (KOLD) - A thoroughbred being cared for at local animal rescue, Heart of Tucson, was born to run but now can barely walk.

His racing career started in October 2000 at Santa Anita race track and ended seven years later in Tucson at Rillito Park. MORE...
