Saving America's Horses - A Nation BetrayedAnimal Law Coalition is proud that Executive Director Laura Allen is an executive advisory board member for Saving America's Horses, A Nation Betrayed, a film that chronicles the cruelty as well as the environmental and political cost of horse slaughter and the roundups of wild horses and burros from the range.
The landmark film debuted in March, 2011 to high praise.
Now the fill has won the "Best of Fest" Award at the 2011 Los Angeles Women's International Film Festival. Listen to the reviews...

The film screens next at the International Wildlife Film Festival in Montana May 7th and 10th, 2011.
Through this important film, we hope to bring an end to the slaughter of American horses. Funding is critical in order to bring the film to the broadest possible audience. The more people who see the film, the more likely we will have the support we need to convince Congress and the president to stop hors
