Declan Gregg is one little boy with a tall passion. The nine-year-old from Greenland, New Hampshire heads back to Washington, D.C. today to thank Congressman Guinta for sponsoring H.R. 2966, The American Horse Slaughter Prevention Act and to join in the Horses on the Hill event being sponsored by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, The Humane Society of the United States, and the Animal Welfare Institute.   Read MORE...
