Holiday Message from Americans Against Horse Slaughter

Dear Friends,

Thanks to all of you, we've kept the plight of our American horses bound for slaughter in the forefront of Congress.  Your efforts to help gain support for the Prevention of Equine Cruelty Act (HR503/S727) from your Representatives and Senators was a huge success during the first half of this 111th Congressional session.

With 2010 just around the corner, we will continue our public education awareness campaign and bring you more information that will aid in your fight to make a difference for our horses.

Our beloved CJ's last wish was that we continue to fight this battle until we win.  In her honor, and in  honor of Sherry and the others who will remain with us in spirit, we WILL make this happen.  While we take a moment to remember those committed warriors that we lost this year, we thank you for your continued support for the horses. 

As part of organizing our 2010 mission, we are calling on you to help us increase our membership. The success of any campaign revolves around numbers.  With numbers, comes power -with power comes influence and with influence, comes success.  Please take a moment to view the following video and pass it on to all of your friends, family and co workers.
