" A Tribute to the Majesty of Thoroughbreds" will be the theme at the Hilton Hotel in Del Mar, California on August 5. The event is to be hosted by After the Finish Line, a 501(c)3 all volunteer organization which provides funding assistance for Thoroughbred race horse rescue organizations across the United States.
