22 Foals wrenched from their wild horse mothers on Thanksgiving Day

It wasn't a holiday for America's wild horses. Far from it. Demonstrating crassness and cruelty in the extreme, BLM contractors at the so-called "Pine Nut Gather" near Carson City, Nevada, forcibly separated 22 wild-born foals from their mothers today and piled them into a separate corral while the mares were treated with a fertility drug, prior to being re-released back into their 90,000-acre range.  MORE...
