Wild Horses released Pine Nut Area

An email from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) public relations specialist Mark Struble sent Thanksgiving read:
Dear Pine Nut HMA Gather Observers: of the 112 horses gathered yesterday
(46 studs, 44 mares,& 22 weanlings/foals), all 46 studs and 22 dry mares
were released earlier today back into the north end of the Pine Nut HMA.
22 wet mares and the 22 weanling/foals (21 of which were at least 6-8
months old) were transported to Palomino Valley Center where they will be
allowed time to match up. Pairs that match up will be released back into
the HMA as early as next week.
